Terms of Service

Effective Date: 2026-04-08

By registering, utilizing APIs, or authenticating via Google OAuth with gmail-autodraft (the "Service"), you agree to the absolute limitation of liability constraints set strictly below.

1. Assumption of Risk & Model Hallucinations

The Service connects your personal Gmail account strictly to third-party generative artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). You understand that AI models are highly experimental, largely unpredictable, and heavily prone to "hallucinations" (fabricating inaccurate facts, aggressive tones, or inappropriate contexts). You assume 100% of the risk for any output generated and dropped into your drafts folder.

2. Complete Limitation of Liability

Under NO legal theory, explicitly including negligence, shall the creators, developers, or operators of this Service be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages. This explicitly includes, but is not restricted to:

*(Note on Technical Safeguards: While we legally require this full liability waiver, our architecture is cryptographically restricted by Google OAuth exclusively to `gmail.readonly` and `gmail.compose`. This means the Service physically lacks the authorization tokens required to automatically send an email or delete existing data on your behalf.)*

3. Indemnification

You explicitly agree to indemnify, defend, and hold completely harmless the developer(s) of this Service against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) escalating from your active use of the Service or violation of these terms by you or third parties processing your inputs.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are strictly governed by and construed flawlessly in accordance with the laws of Uruguay, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

5. Service Termination

We absolutely reserve the right to irrevocably suspend, rate-limit, terminate, or completely delete your API keys, webhook associations, or access to the Service at any point in time without prior warning or rationale.
